Current information about our Partner Programme

Participation:

Registration is required to participate in our Affiliate Program. We will verify the registration in each case and decide at our discretion whether to accept it.

Operation:

Partners registered in our Affiliate Program will receive a commission on new orders from our customers that come through their referral (referral link). The commission is ongoing, if the Customer chooses a renewable subscription, the commission is calculated on each renewal.

Payment:

Affiliate commission is payable on invoice only, with a minimum payment threshold of 50 Euro.There is an option to offset commission if an Affiliate has an active payable runner service – this option requires prior arrangement.

Error reporting and communication:

Errors and improvement requests can be reported or requested through the website’s Error Ticket system – this ensures not only the high quality of our services, but also the professionalism, speed and retrievability/verifiability of our customer service. You can access our Error Ticket system after logging in to the Customer Admin (after registration – which is done automatically, for example, when you place an order)..
